The Aragon disc tiller has an effective and wide usage area in soil cultivation, especially in stubble processing and seedbed preparation, allows plant residues to be broken down and mixed into the soil without overturning the soil.

Efficient farming is thus supported through effective cultivation and the maintenance of the biological balance of the soil. It is suitable for use in heavy and difficult conditions.

ILGI Disc Tillers feature solid construction, thoughtful design and robust world class components that make them fast in the field, but also quick to maintain.

Agri Hub is a fully integrated bearing and sealing system that provides sealing against straw, mud, fertiliser and dust. Sealed for life, these hubs reduce downtime and maintenance costs thanks to their robust design and ongoing reliability.

ROLLER RUBBER SUSPENSION SYSTEM

Fitted on 4m models and above. The rubber suspension system acts to reduce forces acting through the frame especially in paddocks with rocks but still allows for good ground pressure to ensure that clods are broken down and a good seed bed prepared.

DRAWBAR OPTIONS

DRAWBAR PULL – Suitable for larger tractor without linkage. Traditional set-up, Longer drawbar with Hydraulic depth adjustment. Holds its level, for greater finish on uneven surface.

2-POINT LINKAGE – Shorter Drawbar for a sharper ease of turn at the end of a run. With easier hook up, it fits most standard linkage tractors and has less Hydraulic plumbing. It gives greater stability in transport mode.

HYDRAULIC REAR ROLLERS

This makes initial setup for your depth easy and simple. Allowing you to reach your desired depth more consistently.

LATERAL DISC ADJUSTMENT

The Aragon Disc Tillers are equipped with a lateral disc gang adjuster. This allows the operator to move the front gang, independently of the rear gang to maximise the soil cut. This maximises the lifetime of the discs using more of the discs before having to replace them.

OFFSET GAUGE

The gauge allows the operator to make quick and precise adjustments, without the need for extra measuring equipment.

OFFSET SLIDE MECHANISM

With the use of the supplied spanner, the turnbuckle makes the adjustments of the disc gang easy and precise.

LEVELLING DISC

The levelling disc is an additional smaller diameter disc which serves to catch and level soil thrown off the front gang to ensure a consistent pass to pass result. It is easily adjustable via two bolts with slotted holes allowing for vertical movement critical when changing digging depths.

HYDRAULIC ADJUSTMENT & STOPS

All models feature a hydraulic ram fitted with a number of stops. This makes initial setup for your depth simple and consistent. Take the guess work out by adjusting your depth on the run and then once you reach your desired depth place stops in and have the knowledge that your depth will be consistent across your entire paddock.

REAR ROLLER OPTIONS

“The finishing difference”

Two types of Rollers are offered for the ILGI Aragon Disc Tillers.

Cage Roller (Standard) – Lighter and easier to handle, better performance in wet conditions and loamy sandy soils, this works by not only crushing clods with the pipes but also breaking clods thrown into and around the cage when working at speed.

Disc Roller (Optional) – Heavier and better in hard to break down clay conditions or where a finer finish is required, the flanges on the disc roller help by reducing surface area that comes in contact with the clods and therefore increase the pressure providing a smooth and fine tilth.
